Usually not. On residential land a detached storage shed up to 120 sq ft is exempt, and on agricultural land it's 200 sq ft. Anything bigger needs one, and we'll tell you straight if yours does.
We're usually booking two weeks to a month out. Once we start, it's two to three days to build in the shop, then one to two days to install. We deliver and install on weekends, so ask us which Saturday or Sunday we have open.
Clear, reasonably level ground and room for a flatbed to get in. If your ground slopes we use post and pier to bring it level. If it's going on an existing slab, the slab needs to be cured before install day.
All over Maui, on Saturdays and Sundays. Delivery is priced with your official quote since it depends where you are.
Yes, and there's no penalty for going off the standard sizes. The quote builder prices custom sizes, or just call and tell us what you need.
We build the structure. Electrical and plumbing need a licensed trade and usually a permit, so that isn't included — but tell us up front and we'll frame it to suit.
A deposit holds your build date and the balance is due on completion. Check, card or bank transfer.
